Teart Time The New Artistic snack and jewel in Madrid

Everything in this majestic, wide and luminous space revolves around art, until its afternoon tea that has been renamed TeART Time , because this traditional snack ceremony for the English of pro , will always be inspired by one of the most important exhibitions and Of the capital.

To begin with they found a very luxurious partner: the Bulgari and Rom a exhibition of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, a sample with more than 140 jewels from the historic house set in context with Italian painters . That’s why TeART Time’s first snack is a wooden jewelry box “as a gift,” says Jaime Villanueva , the hotel’s executive chef. A jeweler of three floors that when opening them goes discovering salty and sweet jewels inspired by the designs of the Italian jewelry brand . All designed by chef Sergio Navas.

On the first floor of the ‘jeweler’, Navas has transformed one of the necklaces of the exhibition, with the distinctive Bulgari colored stones, into purple, green and blue chocolates. In the second, the macarons are decorated to remember the watches that Bulgari made exclusively for his most special clients. And on the third, the salty snacks have an italian twist (caprese salad miniroll …).
