New Development Condo Sales Soar in September with Luxury at the Fore

Market Update Activity in New York City’s new development condo market increased 54% through the week of September 12 through 18, bouncing back from the annual Labor Day dip. Manhattan luxury contracts ticked up as Dow plummeted
