TF Cornerstone’s massive development at 606 West 57th Street is getting ready to launch the lottery for 258 affordable apartments within the 1,028-unit project. The city’s Housing Connect website will begin accepting applications tomorrow, giving New Yorkers earning either 40, 60, or 120 percent of the area median income a shot at scoring one of the brand new rentals.

There are studios through three-bedrooms available at each one of the three income earning brackets and vary widely across price points. On the low end of the spectrum, there are studios that go from as low as $613/month while on the higher end, the priciest crop of three-bedrooms each rent for $2,902/month. Here is what the complete breakdown looks like:

The apartments are slated to average somewhere around 950 square feet and the building will be home to a myriad of amenities that will include 400 parking spaces, 550 bike storage spaces, a pet spa, basketball court, party room, lounge, children’s playroom, screening room, and rooftop garden.

The deadline to apply is April 10 and the building is expected to make its debut sometime this year.
